Mr. Christophe Inglin is a veteran of the solar photovoltaics (PV) industry, with two decades of experience throughout the value chain from silicon ingots to turnkey solar power plants.
He is Managing Director of Energetix Pte Ltd, which designs, installs and maintains rooftop solar power plants and utility-scale solar farms.
Christophe also serves the PV sector as Vice Chairman of SEAS and in his capacity as trainer and speaker. Six times a year he conducts PV technology course for Green Mark Managers at Singapore’s Building & Construction Authority (BCA), and two to four times a year for GreenRE at Malaysia’s Real Estate & Housing Developers' Association (REHDA). He teaches in-depth workshops for the Asian Productivity Organisation, headquartered in Tokyo, and for SEAS in Singapore.

Geert is Head of the Asia team at the Energy Department of FMO, the Dutch Development Bank. We support sustainable private sector growth in developing and emerging markets by investing in ambitious entrepreneurs. We believe a strong private sector leads to economic and social development, empowering people to employ their skills and improve their quality of life. At FMO, Geert manages a team of investment professionals responsible for the acquisition, structuring and monitoring of mezzanine and debt transactions in the energy sector in Asia. Main focus is on renewable energy transactions. Geert joined FMO in 2016. Prior to that he worked for several commercial banks. Geert holds a law degree and has studied in the United States.

Rishab is a solar analyst at Wood Mackenzie focusing on downstream PV markets in the Asia-Pacific region. Rishab has been researching on solar value chain for the past three years.
Before joining Wood Mackenzie Power & Renewables, Rishab worked as a solar market analyst at MAKE Consulting where he helped the company kick start it’s solar research product offerings.
He also has experience working with cleantech start-ups in the UK and India. He earned his master’s degree in the Sustainable Energy Futures program at Imperial College London.

Allard joined InfraCo Asia in 2013 and has overall accountability for the company’s infrastructure developments and investments in 12 Asian countries.
InfraCo Asia is part of the Private Infrastructure Development Group (PIDG) and a commercially managed, publicly financed infrastructure development and investment company, headquartered in Singapore.
InfraCo Asia funds early stage, high-risk infrastructure development activities by taking an equity stake in commercially viable infrastructure projects that contribute to economic growth and social development.
Allard has over 25 years of strategic executive leadership experience in the energy and infrastructure sector in emerging markets in Asia.
Allard’s previous roles include CEO of Jindal Aquasource and Jindal Ecopolis in New Delhi, India; President Asia Pacific at Covanta Energy Corporation in Shanghai, China; Regional Director, Greater China at Thames Water International in Hong Kong SAR; and Country Manager of Vermeer – Ballast Nedam, while based in Vietnam.
He holds a BSc (Eng) in engineering management and an MBA in international business.

Ms. Zhang has a BSc in Banking & Finance from LSE, and an MBA from IE Business School. She has over 10 years of working experiences in the renewable energy industry, specializing in Investment Management and Project Finance. Ms. Zhang has established a broad network across EMEA, Asia and LATAM regions, and has done several non-recourse utility-scaled project financing transactions with international financial institutions. She speaks Mandarin, English, German and basic Spanish.

DANY QIAN /// VICE PRESIDENT - JINKO SOLAR
As a solar industry veteran, Ms. Qian has been instrumental in defining and leading the execution of JinkoSolar’s market positioning strategy that has led to JinkoSolar’s breakneck growth. Ms. Qian is also among the most recognizable executives in solar and has been very active in the global sustainability conversation. She personally served in the 2018 B20 Argentina Energy, Resource Efficiency, and Sustainability Taskforce as well as the co-chair of the 2017 B20 Germany Energy, Climate, Resource & Efficiency taskforce. Ms. Qian was also selected to represent the Chinese solar industry at the landmark COP-21 which resulted in the Paris Climate Agreement. More recently, Ms. Qian was invited to speak at the ADB’s Asian Clean Energy Forum, and the World Bank Singapore Infrastructure Summit among various other forums. Ms. Qian has aggressively promoted the idea of global sustainable development.

MARLON APANADA /// MANAGING DIRECTOR - ALLOTROPE PARTNERS
Mr. Apanada is responsible for overseeing all commercial and advisory activities in the Philippines of Allotrope Partners, a clean energy investment and advisory services firm headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area. His 15-year experience in the clean energy space includes leading business development of 22 MW of successfully commissioned own-use RE projects along with securing 50 MW of RE service contracts in the Philippines, successfully developing the first bank-financed solar projects in the market, and pioneering emissions trading and carbon markets practice locally. He is also the Convenor of the Greening the Finance System initiative, an ASEAN wide program aiming to mobilize private sector participation in green finance.

A certified Green Finance Specialist, Mr. Apanada is pursuing his MBA with Beuth University of Applied Sciences in Berlin and finished a certificate course on Sustainable Finance at the University of Oxford's Smith School of Enterprise and Environment in the UK.

Jen Tan has been in the solar industry for the last 10 years. Currently, she is working with Sembcorp leading the Solar Team on business development, project development and execution and operations and maintenance focusing on developing and building Solar projects in Singapore and other Asean countries. Prior to Sembcorp, she was a Vice President , APAC Sales and Energy Solutions in REC Solar Pte Ltd. Before embarking on her career in sales, she has been working with Global Sales Planning and Logistics, as well as Global Market Intelligence. She also has vast operations experience as she was part of the pioneer team in starting and ramping up the REC manufacturing facility in Tuas. She held key positions as the Operations Director in the manufacturing team with solid background in Operations Planning, Industrial engineering and Lean Manufacturing systems. Prior to REC, she was in the Semiconductor Industry for 9 years where she focused primarily on planning functions.

Ken is a partner in the Corporate & Commercial Group based in Singapore, with a sector focus on Energy & Utilities and Technology.

He specialises in corporate, commercial and finance law including cross-border transactions, foreign investment, joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions and private equity in the Asia-Pacific region. His practice is focused on South East Asia, in particular Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines and Myanmar.

With a primary focus on the corporate energy sector, particularly renewables and clean energy, Ken's practice also encompasses the traditional mining and offshore oil & gas industries. Ken has a leading reputation in the renewable energy sector and advises many of the major players. He advises on the corporate and commercial aspects of investments and projects including M&A advice, structuring, joint ventures, supply contracts and on IP and technology issues. He also advises clients across a range of other sectors including transport, insurance, IT and media.

Ken is admitted as a Solicitor in Hong Kong, England and Wales, the High Court of Australia and New South Wales and has practised in SE Asia for over 20 years.

Lawrence graduated from the Nanyang Technological University with First Class Honours in Accountancy in 2000. He is both a Certified Public Accountant (Singapore) and a Chartered Financial Analyst. Lawrence spearheads Sunseap Group’s efforts in capital raising, including raising requisite funding for the group.

He has more than 16 years of experience in areas such as investment banking, reverse takeovers, schemes of arrangements and delisting of public companies. Prior to founding Sunseap Group, Lawrence held appointments at DBS Bank (Vice President), Macquarie (Vice President) and BNP Paribas (Director).

In addition to his integral role at Sunseap Group, Lawrence is also the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Thirdrock ISSEA Advisers Pte Ltd, a corporate finance firm specialising in mergers & acquisitions in Southeast Asia. He is also a Director and Partner of TRIREC Pte Ltd, a renewable energy investment firm that focuses on projects and companies in sustainability and decarbonization.

David Nieuwendijk is a Senior Investment Officer at FMO, the Netherlands Development Finance Company. He is responsible for FMO’s Syndicated loan transactions in the Renewable Energy space.
Prior to joining the Syndications department, Mr. Nieuwendijk was a Senior Investment Officer at FMO’s Private Equity department, responsible for FMO’s Private Equity activities in South East Asia, Eastern and Central Europe. During his time with the Private Equity department, Mr. Nieuwendijk served on various Boards of private equity funds as an Advisory Board Member.

Andreas Cremer is Director at DEG responsible for the infrastructure / energy operations in Asia, Europe and Middle East, with a loan book of more than US$ 500 million. Andreas has been active in financing for almost 15 years where he has fulfilled positions as financial advisor and project manager in both corporate finance and project finance transactions. Since joining DEG in 2012, Andreas has been involved in various energy and infrastructure engagements focusing on structuring equity and mezzanine transactions. Prior to joining DEG, Andreas worked for Houlihan Lokey and KPMG where he held various positions at the advisory divisions. Andreas holds a Master of Business Administration from West Texas A&M University, USA.

Hans-Martin Aerts is a Managing Director and Head of Infrastructure Investments, Asia Pacific at APG Asset Management, one of the largest pension fund asset managers in the world with assets under management of approximately €520 billion (as at July 2019).
In February 2007, Hans-Martin moved to Hong Kong to establish APG’s first office in Asia Pacific and has since been responsible for managing the infrastructure investments in Asia Pacific.
Prior to working for APG, Hans-Martin was a Senior Portfolio Manager at ABP. He joined ABP in 2001 and has since worked in various areas, including infrastructure, structured finance and global equities. Hans-Martin is a CFA charter holder, and holds an MSc in Economics from the Erasmus University Rotterdam in the Netherlands .

Mr. Jasper Wong is currently the Head of Centre of Excellence for Construction and Infrastructure, Sector Solutions Group (SSG), a business division within UOB’s Group Wholesale Banking focusing on strategic sector coverage leveraging on industry insights, data analytics and value-chain analyses as well as developing sector-specific solutions.

With over 20 years of extensive project and structured finance experience in the region focusing on power, oil & gas, petrochemical, infrastructure and telecoms financing, Mr Wong joined UOB in 2013 to head the Infrastructure & Project Finance for Asia, under the Corporate Banking Overseas division before taking up the role in SSG.

Nishant Kumar joined GuarantCo’s Singapore office in November 2016 as Executive Director and has been Regional Director for South Asia since January 2019, where he leads origination and execution of transactions in the region.

Prior to GuarantCo, Nishant worked across functions in Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking and in Renewable Energy Private Equity where he led origination and execution of infrastructure, natural resources, agriculture, food & beverages, consumer transactions and investments across Asia-Pacific. Nishant started his financial services career in Hong Kong and subsequently moved to Singapore where he has been living since 2010.

Nishant has an MBA from University of Hong Kong & London Business School programme and a Bachelor of Technology in Mining Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, BHU (Varanasi), India.
